This Policy describes what data is processed when you use the polyglotica.ru website (the "Website") and the Polyglotica mini app in messengers (the "App"), for what purposes, and how you can exercise your rights.

Data controller
The data controller is the owner of the Polyglotica service. For any questions related to personal data processing, write to hello@polyglotica.ru.
Data processed on the Website
When you visit the Website, technical data is processed automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, actions on them, and the referral source. This data is collected via cookies and the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC), including the Webvisor technology, and is used in anonymized form for statistics and Website improvement.
Data processed in the App
When you use the App, the following is processed: your messenger user ID and name, the selected language and level, learning progress, and exercise results. This data is required for the App to work and to save your progress.
Email inquiries
If you write to hello@polyglotica.ru, your email address and the content of your message are processed solely to respond to your inquiry.
Purposes of processing and data sharing
Data is used to operate the Website and the App, save learning progress, analyze and improve the service, and respond to inquiries. Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for the analytics service mentioned above and cases required by law.
Cookies
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The Website will remain available, but some statistics will no longer be collected.
Data retention and your rights
Data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing. You can request information about the data being processed, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by writing to hello@polyglotica.ru.
